On the occasion of November 1st – Day of the National Revival Leaders, pursuant to Article 154 of the Labor Code, Article 32, paragraph 1 of the Higher Education Act, Article 10, paragraph 3 and Article 44, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Regulations on the Structure and Activities of MU-Sofia, and in accordance with the Decision of the Academic Council of MU-Sofia of October 30, 2025.

I HEREBY DECLARE:

November 3, 2025 (Monday) to be a day off from classes for students and lecturers at MU-Sofia, with the exception of those who have scheduled state exams.
